FAQ's

1

How much time do I need to have?

We understand people are busy! Even sharing a social media post, forwarding a newsletter or talking to a friend about Kids Club Kampala takes no time at all, and will still make a big difference to the lives of vulnerable children in Kampala.

2

What skills do I need?

You don't need any expertise to volunteer with us. In fact, volunteering for Kids Club Kampala is an opportunity to build new skills. From taking an internship with the UK office to developing organisation and management skills by holding your own fundraiser, volunteering with us will look great on your CV.

3

I’m not sure how I can help.

We suggest playing to your strengths. If you love public speaking and meeting new people, volunteer as a speaker, or offer to pack bags at your local supermarket. If you’d rather volunteer from home, share your passion for Kids Club Kampala on social media, or write a blog about why you support us. We’re always looking for new ideas, so if you find a new way to volunteer that works for you, let us know!

4

I need help getting started!

Getting started can be the hardest part. Our Volunteer Guide is filled with ideas to help get you thinking about how you can make a difference.
