Help us to keep families together by becoming a Family Champion today

We launched our Ewafe Project in 2014, to address the problem of the increasing number of children being abandoned, trafficked and orphaned in Kampala’s slums. Ewafe means ‘Where We Belong’ in Luganda and our Ewafe Project aims to Rescue, Rehabilitate and Reintegrate these at risk children. We are providing emergency help and a safe place to live, whilst either reuniting children with their relatives or finding permanent foster families for them. We believe that every child has the right to have a safe place to live and belong, and that all children deserve the chance to grow up in a loving family.

As a Family Champion, you will make family life a reality for many more abandoned children in Uganda. By becoming a Family Champion today you will help our social workers to keep searching for family members, make assessment visits, provide support for families and ultimately to bring more children home.

As a Family Champion you will receive:

  • A Family Champion Welcome Pack

  • A free copy of our Annual Report

  • Quarterly updates about the difference your donation is making

  • Regular news and updates about our projects and events

Please do sign up to become a Family Champion, it is going to make a huge difference to so many children and families in Uganda.
